The air fryer is a great way to cook any vegetables. It makes the vegetable with a crisp outer layer with moist and tender bites.
Here is a list of 20 air fryer vegetables where the veggies are roasted individually. You can also make a medley of the veggies to make your air fryer roasted vegetables.
I love to make potatoes in my air fryer the most. However, cooking other veggies is equally easy and fun to make in the air fryer. The air fryer makes the vegetables crispier than traditional oven-roasting.
You can make them either individually or a mix of veggies for greater fun. This makes a great side dish in just 15 minutes. These are healthier than stir-fry vegetables and can also serve as a healthy snack in no time.

Extra tips for perfectly roasted air fryer vegetables-
Roast the hard vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, pumpkins, butternut squash, acorn squash, etc.) and soft vegetables (zucchini, squash, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, sweet peppers, etc.) separately since the cooking time will be different.
To keep vegetables moist and moisture intact, add 2 tbsp water in the base layer (below the tray where we place the veggies), or in the drip trays in oven-type air fryers.
Chop veggies uniformly so that they will be cooked evenly and quickly.
All air fryers are different. Keep an eye on the doneness after the midway and decide how much time it will take to cook. You can check every 2 minutes till you get your timing perfect.
Remove and shake whenever required. It will not affect or reduce the temperature.
If making in larger quantities, make them in batches rather than overcrowding the basket. Overcrowding will not cook the food evenly and will affect the texture of vegetables too.

Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes-
Roasted potatoes make a great side dish and appetizer in just 12 - 15 minutes. Air fryer roasted potatoes are the bestever roasted potatoes with crispy outer and fluffy inside.

Air fryer broccoli is the quickest vegetable to make in the air fryer. It's perfectly tender with a slightly charred crown. You can give it a steaming effect as well.
Buffalo Broccoli in the Air fryer

Air Fryer Green Beans
