    Holi is a festival of colors. This is one of the most loved and major festival In India. Kids, adults everybody enjoys this joyful festival. Holi generally falls in spring season and hence the weather is not too cold or not too hot in our country. This makes the festive season more pleasant.

    Holi is equally popular in every part of our country. People come together and play with colors. This is a festival full of colors, fun & enjoyment.

    Many traditional delicacies served on this occasion. Special items like gujiya, nimki, chivda, dahi vada/valla, mangode, jalebi, rasmalai, thandai and bhang and lot more.

    Thandai is very popular and a special drink made for this occasion. Thandai is basically made with milk and different spices, nuts, poppy seeds, saffron. The milk tastes heavenly in fact. If you are making thandai for your holi then add one more super delicious thandai dish i.e. Thandai Ladoo to your holi menu. This Keto Thandai Ladoo is made by my friend Sophie from my dainty soul curry.

    I plan for snacks that I can plan and prepare from day before and fry or grill or assemble during the party. Here is some collection of fun foods and quick foods so that you don't need to spend lot of time in kitchen on the d-day.
