How to cook cabbage?
If you ask me how do I cook cabbage, there are 2 ways to cook cabbage right. One is stir-fry cabbage on high flame just like we do for Chinese dishes. And second is to saute the cabbage on medium-low flame. In both ways, I don’t add water at all to simmer. Let the cabbage cook in the heat and in oil. Also, place a lid on it. It will create steam which is enough to cook the cabbage. Don’t over-cook the cabbage, else it will be mushy and soggy.
