Breakfast is an important meal of the day. It actually helps in keeping the energy level high. One should never skip breakfast (other than intermittent fasting).
Even if you are on a weight loss diet then also you should not skip your breakfast. This is the most required food by our body. As we don't eat whole nigh, i.e. for more than 8 - 12 hours we don't eat anything. This is equivalent to fasting.
So the breakfast actually breaks that fasting and provides our body required nutrition for the daily function of the system, i.e. body and mind.
