    14 North Indian Breakfast Recipes

If you are looking for popular North Indian breakfast recipes, then here is the list of top 10 easy breakfast recipes for the everyday menu.

North Indian food is richer with lots of butter or ghee into it. This is the specialty of our North Indian food. These are flavorful, spicy and delicious. The breakfast recipes here are heavier as compared to that of South Indian breakfast dishes. They add extra makhhan for extra richness to the dish.

Also, breakfast is a must as I always say.

Breakfast is an important meal of the day. We should never skip our breakfast. This meal provides energy for the full day and keeps us on and active. To know more about a healthy and balanced diet read the Importance of Healthy Diet here.

Is it healthy for everyday menu?

I won't say all recipes here are healthy for everyday menu, but these are the most popular North Indian breakfast recipes we can plan alternatively with some healthy breakfast recipes. At the same time, these are not harmful or unhealthy recipes, but we know if we will eat more rich food every day, i.e, more oil and ghee in a paratha and other fried items, it will add more fat and say belly fat. However, for kids, this may be okay as they are way active and they need more energy in their growing period.

If you are following low carb breakfast to lose some weight, then these rich paratha and poori are a complete "NO" for any meal.
