This potato cheese sandwich is easy and quick to make and makes a yummy, gooey, cheesy breakfast. You can easily customize this to be vegan by substituting plant-based options, too.

A potato cheese sandwich is a yummy and easy-to-make snack and breakfast item. You can also add spices or seasonings of choice to make it taste even better. To make this sandwich vegan, skip cheese and substitute ghee with vegan butter.
When you grill or toast the sandwich, the cheese melts and becomes all gooey, and the bread turns crispy. The combination of warm, gooey cheese and creamy potatoes inside the bread is a delightful treat for your taste buds. It's a quick and comforting snack that I love, and you'll love it too.
