This sandwich is a quick and easy sandwich recipe. I make this very often as my kid loves this. This is also an easy and quick sandwich. In fact, you can make the simple ones with only pizza sauce and cheese. This is good for a quick snack or for breakfast. It's also good for a kid's lunchbox.

A pizza sandwich is like a tasty combination of two popular foods: pizza and a sandwich. It's made by putting pizza ingredients, like cheese, sauce, and your favorite toppings, between two slices of bread. This makes it easy to hold and eat, just like a sandwich. You can even toast it for a warm and melty inside.
In this sandwich, I have added only onions and capsicum but you can add some more veggies like tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, paneer, etc. But I wanted to keep it simple with only onion and capsicum.
For seasoning add oregano/ pizza seasoning/ Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. Pizza tastes best when it's cheesy. You can add 2 slices of cheese or grated cheese to it. Then toast it till golden and crispy.
How to make a cheesy veg pizza sandwich in 5 minutes?
Spread pizza sauce on one side of all bread slices.
Place capsicum and onion pieces.
Now place cheese slices or grated cheese. I have added 2 slices of cheese to make this extra cheesy.
Sprinkle some chili flakes and oregano or pizza seasoning.
Cover it with another slice.
Now apply butter on both breads. Place it on a skillet or sandwich maker
Grill it till golden on both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup.
