A mango milkshake is a creamy, refreshing delight made with ripe mangoes, milk, and a touch of sweetness. Bursting with tropical flavor, this chilled treat is perfect for hot days and a quick energy boost.๐Ÿน๐Ÿฅญ

    mango milkshake

The mango milkshakeย is a creamy and delicious specialty of the summer season. The summer season is synonymous with vacations, tasty foods, and drinks. It's also synonymous with mango.

The mango is also known as theย king of fruitsย and is one of the most loved fruits for ages. Mangoans are considered the national fruit of India. Summers are the only season when we get this fruit. Apart from being the most loved seasonal fruit, it's also a storehouse of numerous vitamins, minerals, etc.

How to make a mango milkshake?

A mango milkshake is one quick and easy dish anyone can make without hassle.

    Ingredients you will need:

Ripe Mangoes - I prefer Alphonso mangoes as they are pulpy and juicy.

Milk - chilled milk; dairy or non-dairy as preference

Sugar - or jaggery powder (if required since mangoes are already sugary)

    Instructions: -

Wash and clean the mangoes. Peel off the skin using a vegetable peeler or knife. Chop the juicy part and leave the seed part. Transfer the mango pieces to a blender. Add sugar to the blender and blend it to a smooth puree. Then add milk to the blender and blend it to a smooth puree.

Make sure the milk is chilled or at least at room temperature. Add a few ice cubes while blending if the milk is not chilled enough. Remove to serving glasses, garnish with a few mango pieces, and serve chilled.
