To make lemonade, add simple syrup and sparkling water followed by lemon juice. Then, to the lemonade, add matcha powder, and a lot of ice. and then shake possibly using a shaker.
For a healthier sip, skip simple syrup (white sugar) and substitute it with honey/ maple syrup/ stevia. Stevia is the best option though for me.
What Matcha powder does Starbucks use?
Starbucks uses a blend of matcha powder and sweetener in its matcha drinks. So you can expect a sweet taste in the matcha lemonade. Also, the sweet and sour taste of the drink makes it more appealing to our taste buds.
