
Virgin mojito is an easy refreshing summer drink. This is a perfectly satisfying drink with a mix of lime and mint. This non-alcoholic mojito is my all time favourite. You will love this simple, easy and quick summer drink.
One of the most popular cooling and refreshing summer drink of country that soothes and cools our senses to beat the heat in summers. Since this is non-alcoholic, this would be best welcome drink for family functions.
Major ingredients to make this mojito is mint, lime or lemon, soda and sugar. Normally I make simple syrup in advance and refrigerate for future use. You can store this simple syrup for 10 – 15 days in refrigerator.

But honestly saying if I keep this stored, I make such drinks so often it doesn’t last more than a week.
In place of simple syrup you can prepare your own honey simple syrup and flavoured syrups to make quick beverages.
My favourites are mango syrup, orange syrup, lime syrup. So when required, mix them with soda or water or iced tea or any fruit juice to make amazing drinks.
Since this is also known as sweet lime soda in India.

Virgin Mojito
Ingredients
- 20 – 25 mint leaves
- 3 – 4 lemons
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (8-10 tbsp sugar)
- 1/2 ltr club soda
- 8 – 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- Take mint leaves and lemon wedges in a bowl.
- Muddle them with help of a muddler.
- Now add simple syrup and club soda.
- Give it a nice stir.
- Mojito is ready. Add ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
