Frozen Banana - Frozen banana is best for smoothies. However, you may substitute with a fresh ripe banana also.
Frozen or Fresh Peach - preserve some diced pieces for garnish
Maple Syrup - or any sweetener if needed
Unsweetened Almond Milk - Can also be made with any plant-based milk, such as oat milk or coconut milk.
Ice cubes - to serve (optional though)
Vanilla Protein Powder - 1 scoop (optional though)

To make a banana peach smoothie, combine ripe peaches and bananas in a blender with some almond milk and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 2 - 3 peaches or frozen peach 1 cup
- 2 - 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
- Remove peels of the peaches if taking fresh peaches.
- Roughly dice the peaches and reserve few pieces to serve in the end.
- Transfer ripe peaches and frozen/ fresh bananas in a blender with some almond milk.
- Add maple syrup and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve with some ice cubes.
