banana
fresh or frozen

peaches
or frozen peach 1 cup
2 - 3
tsp
maple syrup

scoop
protein powder
Instructions
Remove peels of the peaches if taking fresh peaches.
Roughly dice the peaches and reserve few pieces to serve in the end.
Transfer ripe peaches and frozen/ fresh bananas in a blender with some almond milk.
Add maple syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve with some ice cubes.
Notes
You can substitute maple syrup with sugar or stevia drops.
Add any other fruit such as apples, berries, mangoes, etc.
You can also add other ingredients such as yogurt, and protein powder.
Other greens like spinach will also be a great addition to this smoothie.
Can also add some nuts or slivered almonds, cashews, raisins, or any other chopped dried fruits.
Add a scoop of soaked chia seeds for making it even healthier.
