Air fryer carrots are a quick, easy side dish that delivers perfectly roasted, caramelized roasted carrots in minutes. With a tender interior and a slightly crisp exterior, they make a delicious and healthy addition to any meal.
Lately, I have started roasting carrots in my air fryer, and they are too good to serve with any meal. This is a great side dish, indeed. You can also have them as a stand-alone snack. It is vegan and gluten-free. Here, I have seasoned the carrots with savory seasonings, but you can also mix sweet and savory flavors. The natural sweetness of the carrots balances the flavor profile so well.
Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat eater, this is a great side dish with anything. If you love vegetables, air fryer is the best option to make your roasted veggies right and perfect. I love my air fryer zucchini, air fryer squash, air fryer chickpeas, air fryer broccoli, bell peppers, kale, and the roasted veggies medley
