Masala Toast Recipe | Mumbai Masala Toast Sandwich

Masala toast sandwich is an easy sandwich recipe. This is a popular street-side snack in Mumbai.

Mumbai is a hub of corporates. Also, it's a hub of a variety of street foods. Outside corporate buildings or any street, any corner, you will always find street food vendors. Let it be panipuri, dosa, pav bhaji, or sandwich stalls.

These stalls are always crowded. Street food is very popular in Mumbai. Masala Toast is one of those famous and delicious street foods.

However, this is easy and quick to make at home. This is perfect for breakfast and even for kids' tiffin box recipes. Just reduce chillies when you are making it for kids.

This has a stuffing of mashed and sautรฉed potato mixture, along with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. I have skipped onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers because my family doesn't like them, but you can add them if you like.

How to make a Mumbai masala toast sandwich?

    Prepare coriander and garlic chutney.
