Instructions
Preparation of green garlic chutney
Grind all ingredients mentioned into fine paste.
Preparation of stuffing
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan
add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Then add curry leaves, onions, and saute for a minute.
Now add add spices, mashed potatoes.
Add salt and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix them well.
Stuffing is ready. Remove from pan and keep aside to cool.
Preparation of Sandwich
Apply butter on one side of breads.
Then apply green chutney above it.
Now place 2 tsp potatoes and spread it equally.
Then place sliced tomatoes, onion, capsicum on it.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Apply butter on both surface and grill it till golden and crisp.
Serve with green chutney and ketchup.
Notes
Add cucumber, beetroot slices.
