This soup is one of the healthy soup where you can add any vegetable of your choice or healthy green and orange vegetables. Why I’m calling this weight loss soup as the vegetables in this recipe are low in carb and helps in promoting weight-loss and maintenance of body weight. In this soup there are no other spices except peppercorns and salt.
I have used cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, green peas, corns. Very easy recipe and takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. You can add spinach, mushroom, babycorn, cauliflower etc. as well to the soup for some extra nutrition. The taste is divine during cold winter and monsoon days. Also they boost our immune system and keep our tummy healthy. The heat of peppercorn will keep cold and flu away in cold days. And hence highly recommended in monsoon and winters.
