    What All Do You Need?

Mangoes - I love to take seasonal fresh mangoes whenever possible. When out of seasonal mangoes, frozen mangoes. Frozen mangoes also help to make the smoothies creamier.

Frozen Banana - It adds natural sweetness and creaminess

Almond milk - Plant-based unsweetened milk

Maple syrup - Substitute with stevia drops

Note - You can add some more fruits or greens to the smoothie. Feel free to do experiments with varieties of fruits and greens.

How to make the mango banana smoothie?

To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend to a puree. Adjust consistency by adding more or less almond milk.

To make this high protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the smoothie.

Adjust the sweetness, by adding maple syrup or stevia. You can also skip adding any sweetener since mangoes and bananas are naturally sweet.

What other fruits I can add to the smoothie?

You can add any fruits since mango goes well with any other fruits, intensifying the tropical flavor in the smoothie. Coconut, pineapple, berries, pears, apples, etc. whatever variation you need, you can add them.

Can I add yogurt to the smoothie?

Yes, you can add yogurt too to the smoothie. For vegans, use plant-based yogurt in the smoothie. This makes the smoothie creamier also.
