What could be more refreshing on a hot day than a cold mango banana smoothie? This delicious drink is perfect for quenching your thirst, and it's also healthy and nutritious. One of my favorites. This makes a quick, healthy breakfast on busy weekdays.

Mangoes are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and other antioxidants, while bananas are high in potassium and other vitamins and minerals. Both of them make this smoothie a healthy way to fuel your body. Plus, it's easy to make and takes only minutes to whip up.

    Mango Banana Smoothie

This mango banana smoothie is the perfect blend of sweet and tangy, making it a delicious and refreshing way to start your day. It's ideal for a quick and healthy snack or breakfast - refreshing, flavorful, and satisfying.

Mango and banana are both high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Hence, a healthier food option. This smoothie is vegan and gluten-free also.

    What All Do You Need?

Mangoes - I love to take seasonal fresh mangoes whenever possible. When out of seasonal mangoes, frozen mangoes. Frozen mangoes also help to make the smoothies creamier.

Frozen Banana - It adds natural sweetness and creaminess

Almond milk - Plant-based unsweetened milk

Maple syrup - Substitute with stevia drops

Note - You can add some more fruits or greens to the smoothie. Feel free to do experiments with varieties of fruits and greens.

How to make the mango banana smoothie?

To make the smoothie, add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more or less almond milk.

To make this high-protein, add a scoop of protein powder to the smoothie. Adjust the sweetness by adding maple syrup or stevia. You can also skip adding any sweetener since mangoes and bananas are naturally sweet.
