Watermelon Gazpacho Soup
This is a refreshing summer soup or cold soup made with super hydrating fruits like watermelon & cucumber.

watermelon cubes
deseeded

cucumber

red bell pepper
chopped

mint leaves

Chilli/ jalapeno
salt
to taste
½
tsp
black pepper powder

tbsp
lemon juice
Instructions
Cut watermelon into pieces.
Deseed if it has seeds.
Now put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend it to smooth puree.
Garnish with few fresh mint leaves.
Keep in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours.
Serve it chilled.
