watermelon
or 1 large (chopped & deseeded)

cucumber
Chopped

onion
2
sprigs
mint leaves
½
cup
feta cheese
chop into cubes or crumble

tbsp
cilantro leaves
finely chopped (optional)

tbsp
dill leaves
finely chopped (optional)
Salad Dressing
¼
cup
olive oil

tbsp
red wine vinegar
salt to taste

Black Pepper Powder

Lemon Juice
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add chopped & deseeded watermelon, cucumber, onion, herbs.
In a small bowl, add olive oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Give it a nice stir.
Add the dressing to the mixing bowl of watermelon.
Give it a gentle stir.
On top add pieces or crumbled feta and some more mint leaves.
Notes
Take chilled watermelons.
