strawberries
fresh or frozen

banana
¼
cup
almond milk
or dairy-free yogurt

tbsp
maple syrup or agave
if required sweetness
1
cup
ice
Optional Toppings

tbsp
chopped dry fruits
1
tbsp
protein powder
1
tsp
soaked chia seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender.
If other toppings if any (protein powder, spinach greens, oat meals, etc.)
Blend it for a minute or till smooth.
Pour in a glass and add extra toppings of dry fruits.
For Smoothie Bowl
For smoothie bowl add only a little milk just enough to blend the ingredients.
Add any extra toppings to the smoothie bowl.
