Sprouted Brown Chickpeas Fritters
These chickpea fritters are similar to the falafel with a few variations in ingredients. These are vegan and gluten-free as well.

for deep frying
Instructions
Take sprouted chickpeas. And blend them to a coarse paste.
Transfer to a large mixing bowl, adding finely chopped onion and minced garlic.
To this, add gram flour to get that perfect consistency.
Also, add in all spices and mix well.
Prepare a thick consistency batter.
Whisk it with a whisker or a spoon to make it airy and soft.
Heat oil in a pan and drop small lemon-sized batter into hot oil.
Fry on medium to high flame.
Remove from oil when they turn golden and crispy.
Serve hot with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
