Ingredients

Potatoes

kuttu flour
(heaped)

tsp
rock salt
½
tsp
black pepper powder
oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Peel skin of potatoes and wash thoroughly.
Slice potatoes thin. Wash it once to get rid of excess starch.
Prepare batter by mixing flour, salt, pepper.
Add little water and make coating consistency .
Dip potato slices into batter.
In the meanwhile heat oil for deep frying.
When oil becomes hot, drop batter coated potato slices into it.
Deep fry slices till crisp and golden.
Remove from oil and place it on paper napkin.
