Cut the broccoli head into bite-size pieces. You can also season them after steaming.
Open the lid and place 1 cup of water in the inner pot.
Now keep the trivet inside and place the steamer basket.
Add florets into the steamer basket.
Close the lid keeping VENT in SEALING position
Start the manual PRESSURE COOK mode and set the timer to ZERO minutes at LOW PRESSURE.
Once it beeps quick release all pressure manually.
And remove the steamed broccoli immediately.
To stop overcooking can keep them in cold water for 1 minute.
Remove from water and keep on a dry plate.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Make Salad With Steamed BroccoliIn a skillet heat oil. Add minced garlic followed by sliced onions. Saute till look caramelized (brownish). Turn off heat and transfer the sauteed onion and garlic to the seasoned steamed broccoli. I make the broccoli on LOW pressure since it never overcooks the broccoli. Overcooked broccoli looks dull and also turns pale in color. It also helps to retain a slight crunch in broccoli what makes it delicious. But if you like completely cooked ones, choose HIGH pressure while choosing manual pressure cooking mode.
