Equipment

Ingredients

  • 5 tsp Instant coffee powder (nescafe or Bru or any brand)
  • 5 tsp Sugar
  • 750 ml Milk

Instructions

  • Take a deep mixing bowl.
  • Put coffee powder and sugar and little water.
  • Start blending with a hand blender at slow speed.
  • Gradually increase the speed.
  • Beat until this is light in color and smooth in texture.
  • Take 2/ 3 tsp of beaten coffee.
  • Pour in hot foamy milk and stir well.
  • You can see the foamy part on the top.
  • Sprinkle some coffee powder and serve hot

Notes

Use only instant coffee powder. Normal powdered coffee may not work well for this beaten coffee.
Don't use immersion blender, as coffee will be bitter.
Use hand mixer for quick beating of coffee.
If making for small quantity, one spoon is good for quick result instead of hand beater.
Use milk frother to get foamy milk.
