Cantaloupe Gazpacho Soup
This refreshing summer special cold gazpacho soup is made with few basic but hydrating ingredients.

melon
chopped into pieces

cucumber

yellow bell pepper
or green bell pepper.

onion

red chilli
or jalapeno

sprigs
mint leaves
salt
to taste

black pepper

red wine vinegar

tbsp
olive oil
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, gring all ingredients (musk melon, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, red chillies, mint leaves) till a smooth puree.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the olive oil and give a nice stir.
Gazpacho soup is ready to serve.
