Almond Milk Pancakes
Almond milk pancakes are best fluffy and yummy breakfast for vegans. These are easy to make and are filling.

flour

cup
almond milk

tsp
baking powder

tbsp
granulated sugar

tbsp
vegetable oil

salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake and the edges begin to look set, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
Repeat for all pancakes.
Serve hot with drizzle of maple syrup, or any other favorite toppings like fresh fruit, or a dollop of vegan butter, vegan whipped cream, etc.
