Preheat the air fryer at 400 F or 200c for 3 - 4 minutes.
Place the cabbage on a clean plate and brush the surface with oil.
Then sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper or paprika, salt, and pepper on the cabbage discs.
Flip the piece and repeat the oil brushing and seasoning to the cabbage.
Carefully transfer the discs into the air fryer basket or arrange them on the tray. Make sure they are not overlapping with one other.
Now start the air fryer at 400F for 10 minutes. ls.
Flip them in the half at around 5 minutes.
Timing may vary depending on the thickness of the slices or wedges as well.
Once reach the perfect doneness, remove from air fryer and serve hot.
