Ingredients

bread slice

cup
gram flour

tsp
red chilli powder
1
tsp
coriander powder
½
tsp
black salt

pinch
turmeric powder
1
pinch
carom seeds or ajwain
(optional)

tbsp
capsicum
finely chopped
2
tbsp
onion
chopped
1
green chilli
finely chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except bread and oil.
Add water and make smooth lumps free batter.
Submerge bread slice into batter.
Heat 1 tbsp oil or butter in a skillet.
Place bread slice on skillet and pan-fry till it's crisp and golden.
Flip to other side and if needed add some oil in skillet.
Pan fry both sides completely till it's golden and crisp.
