Super Weight-loss Fig and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

for garnishing

Instructions
Soak figs, almonds in warm water for 3 hours. Remove skin of almonds.
In a blender first grind bananas, figs, almonds for 2 minutes till they are smooth in texture.
Add milk and honey and then whisk again till they mix well.
Pour in to the glasses. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
