Mango Salsa
Mango Salsa or mango salad is a sweet tangy spicy summer salad. Serve with tortilla chips or simply serve as a side dish, this is just delicious.

Mango
(fresh seasonal mangoes)

red bell pepper/ green bell pepper

coriander leaves

Instructions
Wash and peel skin of the mangoes.
Cut it into halves and remove the big seed in it.
Chop the mango into small pieces.
Prep all other vegetables like peppers, onions, jalapeno, herbs, etc
Take a large mixing bowl.
Add chopped mangoes and veggies into the bowl.
Add lemon juice and olive oil (optional) and the seasonings to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients gently and nicely.

Notes
Don't Take overripe mangoes as it will be mashed easily.
I prefer Alphonso mangoes the most for any mango recipes. You can take any of your choices.
