tahini paste

olive oil

parsley + cilantro leaves

lemon

water
as as desired consistency
Instructions
Transfer all the ingredients to a food processor jar.
Blend until smooth.
Add water to dilute as per desired consistency.
Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
Optional - Add maple syrup if desired.
