Instructions
Heat oil in a pan.
Saute onion, garlic and green chillies for a minute.
Add chopped mushrooms and rosemary.
Cook on medium to high flame for 5 minutes.
Mushrooms will release a lot of water and will get cooked in it.
Cook till all water evaporated and mushrooms are tender.
Keep stirring in between.
Add all bell peppers and all the spices (mentioned above in the ingredients list).
Give them a nice stir.
Cook for another 5 minutes on medium to high flame.
Mushroom pepper Fry is ready.
Garnish with some green onions or cilantro leaves.
