This is a simple sauteed spinach recipe. It's gluten-free, low in carbs, and perfect for the keto diet. This simple and healthy sauteed spinach can be customized to vegan easily.
Once butter melts, add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
Add chopped spinach/ baby spinach
Add a pinch of salt.
Saute for 2 - 3 minutes on medium-high flame.
Cover with a lid for a minute or two.
Spinach will release some water.
Saute till all liquid evaporates.
Turn off the heat and serve hot with soup or any meal.

Wash and dry the spinach well before you start cooking.You can choose either baby spinach or fully grown spinach (roughly chopped) for this sauteed spinach recipe.While doubling the recipe, don't double the salt. While the spinach wilts, it reduces in quantity. Taste and add salt as taste.
