Ghee

cup
milk powder

warm milk

condensed milk

tsp
cardamom powder

(for garnishing)
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add condensed milk and milk powder. Mix them well.
Condensed milk will start to melt.
Add the saffron soaked milk and cardamom powder to the pan.
keep stirring till it solidifies and starts separating pan.
Then remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly.
Grease your palms with ghee.
Take a small portion and shape it to circle.
Press it on center lightly placing a strand of saffron or any dry fruit.
You can also use a peda stamp to make it beautiful.
