Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)
Dalgona coffee or whipped coffee is an easy beverage for summers. This Korean Dalgona is too delicious

Ingredients
- 5 tsp Instant coffee powder (nescafe or Bru or any brand)
- 5 tsp Sugar
- 750 ml Milk
- 8 - 10 ice cubes
Instructions
- Take a deep mixing bowl.
- Put coffee powder and sugar and little water.
- Start blending with a hand blender at slow speed.
- Gradually increase the speed.
- Beat until this is light in color and smooth in texture.
- Take chilled milk in a glass upto 80 % filled.
- Layer the foamy beaten coffee mix on top of cold milk.
- Sprinkle some coffee powder and serve chilled.
Notes
Use only instant coffee powder. Normal powdered coffee may not work well for this beaten coffee.
Don't use an immersion blender, as coffee will be bitter.
Use a hand mixer for the quick beating of coffee.
If making for small quantities, one spoon is good for quick results instead of hand beater.
