Creamy Cilantro Sauce
This cilantro sauce is a delicious condiment and dipping sauce that is not only creamy in texture but also loaded with tons of flavors that complement each other elevating the taste of any appetizer or snack we pair up with.

Equipment
- Blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro leaves chopped roughly
- 1 small onion roughly diced
- 3 - 4 green chillies or jalapeno deseeded
- 10 - 12 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp chat masala
- ½ tsp salt/ black salt or as taste
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender jar or food processor.
- Add 2 - 3 tbsp water to it and blend it to a smooth and fine paste.
- Store in refrigerator for future use.
