kale leaves
curly or any types

Instructions
Prep the kale leaves
First, wash and clean the leaves and wipe them with a kitchen napkin. Air dry for some time.
Remove the spine part of the leaf.
Then roughly tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
Season & Air fry
Add oil and seasoning (if any) and toss them in a tiny bit of oil to make them crispy.
Rub them nicely if adding the garlic powder or any other seasonings.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 3 minutes.
Then, place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until they turn crunchy.
Shake halfway through or after 3 minutes and keep an eye on them after that. Overcooking may result in burnt chips.
Remove and serve with your favorite dips.
Notes
If adding only salt, you can sprinkle them after they are done. But be careful in adding salt since they shrink almost 5 times their size.
