3tbspchickpea flouror refined flour or any other gluten-free flour
1½tbspcornstarchoptional
1tspspice blend of choice(½ tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp ground cumin)
½tspsweet paprika
Instructions
Chop the cabbage finely or shred it. Similarly, slice or chop the onions. Finely chop coriander leaves and chilies.
Transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
Add flour, cornstarch, spices, and herbs.
Mix them well nicely, making a batter. Whisk it without adding any water. If it looks too dry to mix, leave it for 2 - 3 minutes. It will be moist enough to bind.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees C or 360 degrees F for 3 minutes.
Then, grease the silicon mat with oil spray.
Take 1 - 2 spoons of the mixture and pat it to flatten slightly. Then, place it over the silicon mat.
Air fry for 12 - 14 minutes at 360F, flipping them halfway at 6 - 7 minutes. Spray some oil in the beginning and some after flipping them.
Remove once they look done and crispy.
Notes
You can watch them, check after 12 minutes if they need more cooking, and decide the timing afterward. Since all air fryers are different, the timing may vary between 2 - 3 minutes.Adjust the spices as per taste preference.
