Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, ยผ cup olive oil, two tablespoons lime juice, one tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, four cloves garlic, two tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, one teaspoon salt (or to taste), and pepper as needed. Plus ยผ cup water to dilute the consistency if required.
Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend until creamy! Pour into a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite salad greens, cooked vegetables, or meatless dishes such as tacos or burritos.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 4 garlic cloves
- ยผ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves chopped
- 1 lime (juice of 1 lime)
- ยฝ serrano pepper optional and skip if not require spicy
- ยฝ tsp black pepper powder
- ยฝ tsp salt or as per taste
- ยผ cup water optional to make dressing concentration
Instructions
- Remove the skin and seed of the avocado.
- Add them to the blender along with other ingredients mentioned.
- Blend it to a smooth paste.
- Remove from the blender and transfrer to an air tight jar to refrigerate or use immediately.
