Cucumber Tomato Raita/ Veg Raita
Easy Indian Side Dish made with beaten curd and cucumber, tomato and onions.

Ingredients
200
gms
beaten curd
1
cucumber
peeled & finely chopped
1
tomato
deseeded & finely chopped
1/2
onion
finely chopped
1
green chilli
finely chopped
1/2
tsp
salt (black salt)
1
pinch
red chilli powder (optional)
1
tbsp
coriander leaves
finely chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients nicely.
Add salt and red chilli powder as per taste.
Dilute by adding little water to the mixture.
Notes
Make sure to use beaten curd for smooth and creamy raita.
Don't add more water. Raita is little thicker consistency.
