Kuttu and Aloo Patties for Fasting Recipe
An easy recipe made from mixture of kuttu atta (buckwheat flour) and potatoes. These are shaped and deep fried to make these potatoes.

Ingredients

boiled and cooled

Rock Salt
or as per taste

Black Pepper Powder

Green Chilli
finely chopped

Water

Oil
for deep frying
Instructions
Mix all ingredients mentioned in ingredients list except water.
Add water gradually and combine ingredients to a dough. Be careful not to add more water.
Divide into balls of equal size.
Grease your palms and press lightly the ball and give it a disc like structure.
Deep fry the patties and fry them till it turns light brown and cooked both ends.
Remove from oil and place on paper napkin. Serve hot with tea or curd or curry.
