Important Tip - Add salt to the grated zucchini and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then squeeze out ALL EXCESS water using a clean muslin cloth or cotton kitchen napkin. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to make the fritters. If the batter looks a little wet after squeezing and adding flour, then add bread crumbs to the mixture. It will help in soaking moisture and the mixture will be firm. Fritters will be crispy too.Use only air fryer parchment paper (perforated).Don't place the parchment paper while preheating and without any weight on it. Else it will blow up with high speed hot air and may catch fire.
