Wash and clean the potatoes nicely by rubbing with a brush.
Now cut it into slices (length wise)
Again cut the slices into equal size fingers.
Wash it once through the seive.
Then submerge them in cold water for upto 30 minutes.
Remove from water and pat dry using clean paper towels.
Place them in a dry mixing bowl.
Season with salt, oil, other spices mentioned.
In the meanwhile preheat the air fryer at 400 F (200C) for 5 minutes.
Then Take out the basket and grease lightly using a brush or oil sprayer.
Place the seasoned fries in the basket on a single layer.
Don't overlap the fries for even cooking.
Start the air fryer at 400F for 15 minutes.
Flip at the mark of 8 minutes, 12 minutes, 15 minutes of cooking.
If you need some more crispy, cook for extra 2 minutes.
If you have cut the fries a little thinner or making them in batches, reduce the timer to 10 minutes flipping/ shaking at 6 minutes, 8 minutes, 10 minutes. For extra crisp additional 2 minutes.Keep an eye after 8 minutes and keep shaking at intervals.
