Add in all spices mentioned above in the ingredient list.
Nicely mix all the spices so that cauliflower will get a nice coating.
Now place them in the air fryer basket.
Start the air fryer at 400 F (200C) for 12 minutes.
Pause and shake at 3 minutes interval for even cooking.
If making in batches, then reduce the timer by 2 minutes after 1st batch.
If smaller chunks seem cooked in midway, remove them else they will be burnt.
If your air fryer is cooking faster, set the temperature at 375 F for 12 minutes, toss at 3 minutes intervals. Cooking time depends on the size of the air fryer, the freshness of the cauliflower. Tender ones get cooked quickly. Keep a check on the cauliflower in intervals. Small florets may get cooked in the midway. You may remove those pieces then only instead of full time. If using frozen cauliflower, thaw it before adding it to the air fryer as it will be more moisture. It will not be as crispy as with fresh cauliflower.
