Oven Roasted Broccoli
This roasted broccoli is a perfect side dish and a great snack for your diet. This recipe is perfect for keto diet also.

Servings: 2 People
- 500 gms Broccoli
- 10 large Garlic Pods
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Pre-heat oven at 425°F (220°C) for 2 minutes.
Wash and chop broccoli head into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl add olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and chilli flakes.
Mix broccoli with seasoning mixture.
Line a parchment paper on a baking pan.
Spread the broccoli florets evenly.
Don't overcrowd the pan.
Now place the pan in oven and roast at 425°F (220°C) for 12 - 15 minutes.
Remove once done and sprinkle salt and chilli flakes if required.
