Heat milk in a wide pan.
Simmer till it reduced to 1/3rd.
Then add condensed milk, saffron, and dry fruits.
Simmer for another 10 minutes or it reaches desired consistency.
Garnish with some more dry fruits and serve hot or cold as per your taste.
- Always use a heavy bottom pan.
- Use a wider pan as it helps in quicken the process.
- Always use full-fat milk for this recipe. Cow milk can result in a less rich and little saltier result as it has natural salt in it (from experience).
- You can also use dry fruits powder to give it a richer texture.
