Versatile Quick Cilantro Dip/ Indian Green Chutney or Dhania Chutney
This is a very quick recipe I’m going to add here. Dhania Chutney is one of my favorite dip as it goes well with any kinds of fritters or parathas. Normally mint leaves also added in green chutney. But anyhow I don’t like mint much so I avoid adding that to my dip. This chutney is widely made in North India.
- Coriander leaves – 1 cup (fistfull)
- Onion – 1/2
- Tomato – 1/2
- Green Chilli – 6 – 8 (depending on hotness u need)
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 4 pods
- Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Chat masala – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Grind all ingredients together in a blender. Season with salt, chat masala & lemon juice.
And my versatile dip is ready to serve.
