# Pressure cook according to dal variety as moong dal gets cooked in 1 whistle where as tur dal takes 3 whistles. Vegetables gets cooked in 1 whistle. So cook accordingly.
# Adding spices is optional. You can use tampering of cumin seeds, garlic, asafoetida, red chili dry only to the lentils. That also tastes divine.
# Vegetables I have used here: potatoes, eggplant, carrots, cauliflower, green peas, bottle gourd, pumpkin, tomato.
