  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add garlic crushed and onion and saute till translucent.
  2. Add all chopped vegetables and saute on high flame for 2 – 4 minutes. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. After 5 minutes add mixture of corn starch and water and stir well. Add 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice to the soup. Add chopped coriander leaves (optional).
  4. Serve this soup piping hot. The heat of pepercorns gives it that spicy flavor.
